How the Game Works

1. Blind Country Selection

   • Place a globe or world map where everyone can see it.

   • Close your eyes and spin the globe, then point to a random country.

   • Or, write country names on slips of paper and draw one from a jar each week.

   • This adds an element of surprise and excitement, encouraging participants to learn about places they might never have chosen themselves.

2. Travel Diary

   • Keep a weekly travel diary, noting:

     • The country’s name and location

     • Fun facts about culture, language, or history

     • Drawings or sketches inspired by the country

     • Recipes, music, or traditional clothing ideas

3. Creative Exploration

   • Use art, storytelling, or roleplay to bring the country to life:

     • Draw the country’s flag or famous landmarks

     • Act out a traditional dance or create a short skit about a cultural story

     • Cook a simple traditional dish together and write about the experience in the diary

4. Knowledge Sharing & Reflection

   • At the end of the week, share discoveries with the family.

   • Ask fun reflection questions:

     • “What surprised you the most?”

     • “Which custom or tradition would you like to try?”

     • “How does this country compare to our own?”

   • Over time, families build a collection of diary entries, drawings, and photos.
