EmotiBloom Sessions

Through art, storytelling, and guided reflection, children explore their emotions, build confidence, and develop the skills to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and empathy. Designed for both individual children and groups, each session creates a safe and creative space where children explore their feelings, build confidence, strengthen relationships, and develop healthy coping skills

Focus: Emotional health, resilience, identity, coping skills

Sessions may include:

Week 1: Understanding Emotions — “Emotions Are Messengers”

Children learn to identify and name different emotions, understand what feelings communicate, and recognise emotions in themselves and others through creative activities.

Week 2: Expressing Emotions Creatively

Through drawing, painting, storytelling, and creative exercises, children learn safe ways to communicate their feelings and experiences.

Week 3: Managing Big Feelings

Children explore strategies for handling challenging emotions such as anger, sadness, worry, and frustration while building resilience and self-regulation skills.

Week 4: Building Confidence and Connection

Children reflect on their emotional journey, develop empathy, strengthen relationships, and celebrate their unique strengths through creative expression.
