Sessions may include:
Children learn to identify and name different emotions, understand what feelings communicate, and recognise emotions in themselves and others through creative activities.
Through drawing, painting, storytelling, and creative exercises, children learn safe ways to communicate their feelings and experiences.
Children explore strategies for handling challenging emotions such as anger, sadness, worry, and frustration while building resilience and self-regulation skills.
Children reflect on their emotional journey, develop empathy, strengthen relationships, and celebrate their unique strengths through creative expression.
